We are having some renovation work done on our workshop so we will not be posting orders out between 30th September - 13th October.

We urge you to place your order ASAP if you need it during this time as orders placed after 12 noon on the 28th September will not be posted until after the 13th October.

You are still able to place orders during this time and we will of course be answering any quesitons you may have in our usual timely manner.

Processing Time

The current processing time is 5 working days (unless Express is chosen at checkout, then it is 2-3 working days)

Processing time is the time it takes for us to make and package your order and is in addition to delivery time.

Delivery Options

All our products are shipped using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing.

UK orders are sent 1st class unless otherwise stated.

Express orders are prioritised and are shipped within 3 working days, they will be sent Next Day delivery with Royal Mail.

International orders are sent out Tracked, the shipping time can vary depending on your country. I would advise to allow 14 - 35 working days for it to arrive (this is extended to allow for Coronavirus delays)

Cancellations

As we start working on your order very quickly, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Cancelling after this is solely at our discretion.

Returns

Returns (non-personalised goods only) are accepted if notified within 14 days of receipt of order and if the goods are returned in full, in their original packaging within a further 14 days.

We do not accept returns on any personalised product, unless it arrives damaged.

If you do receive something that is faulty or damaged, please contact us on hayley@happilyrustic.co.uk ASAP and please include images where possible. Please do not return or dispose of the product or packaging without first speaking to us.
