Delivery & Returns


All our products are shipped using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing.

UK orders are sent out 2nd Class unless you have chosen to upgrade at checkout. 2nd Class can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

Express orders are prioritised and I aim to ship them within 2 working days, they will be sent Next Day delivery with Royal Mail. (If ordered before 12pm on a Monday, you should receive it by the Thursday)

International orders are sent out Tracked, the shipping time can vary depending on your country. I would advise to allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive. 


Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours without charge. Orders cancelled after this period will incur a charge to cover the cost of any work done on your order.


Returns are accepted if notified within 14 days of receipt of order and if the goods are returned in full, in their original packaging within a further 14 days.

We do not accept returns on any personalised product, unless it arrives damaged.

Please note, as these are a natural product, and because the shape of the wood slices can vary and are rarely a perfect circle or oval, the images can be cropped to some degree but if I believe the cropping has ruined the image, I will always contact you for approval or I will remake. Also, you may find there are some marks on the image, these are defects on the wood and I can't prevent these.

Cracks can occur (before or after the photo is added) with this type of product, please bear that in mind when ordering as refunds/replacements cannot be given for cracking. You may find your plaque has full, partial or no bark, some bark may become loose during shipping, please gently remove this to avoid pulling the photo away. 

If you do receive something that is faulty or damaged, please contact us on hayley@happilyrustic.co.uk ASAP and please include images where possible. Please do not return or dispose of the product without first speaking to us.
